Start Me Up Class

This class is required for first timers interested in attending regular group classes. During this session one of our certified instructors will teach you the basic kettlebell exercises, so you are ready for our fast paced and challenging classes. Proper form and technique are taught in this class. Come prepared to learn! (1 to 1.5 hours)
